Truckload, Less than Load (LTL), Parcel (small package)
TRUCKLOAD: Shipments greater than 700 cubic feet and over 5,000 pounds are usually truckloads, especially if all to one destination.
LESS THAN LOAD: LTL is defined as any shipment over 150 lbs. Please contact the designated logistics provider.
For TL & LTL shipments on or after September 1, 2015: Call M & L Worldwide Logistics at 800-756-1331. Supplier to identify Supreme Corporation as the designated consignor.
PARCEL: FedEx – Route your small package (less than 150 lbs.) via FedEx using the Bill Third Party option. Call your Buyer to get the account number.
Note: FedEx account numbers are confidential and should only be communicated for the limited purpose of preparing FedEx shipments under these Routing Instructions. Do not post this information online or make it generally available beyond what is required for your company to follow the instructions. Your use of the FedEx account number listed here is for Supreme authorized in-bound items only, shipping to other locations will be rare and only with express Supreme instructions. FedEx understands that shipping charges ultimately belong to the shipper unless the use of the account is within its intended use, other use remains the responsibility of the shipper.
Small Package Shipments are defined as individual package shipments if the aggregate weight of the shipment is less than 150 pounds and/or less than 20 cartons (See FedEx General Packaging Guidelines below or at Fedex.com).
1. Individual shipments (boxes) less than 150 lbs. are Small Packages – ship via FedEx.
2. If the shipment is less than 20 cartons and the aggregate weight is less than 150 lbs. – use FedEx Ground (Third Party Billing).

Reference Field on the FedEx shipping form must recite Supreme PO Number.
Shipper must contact buyer for anything other than FedEx Ground, i.e. FedEx Express Services.
FedEx Ground – All shipment are to go FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground® shipments that weigh up to 150 lbs. per carton must be non-palletized, individually packaged and individually labeled. FedEx Ground provides pickup service upon request, for an additional charge. For regular-scheduled-pickup customers, a weekly pickup fee is assessed to the account number associated with the regular scheduled pickup. For customers who do not have a regular scheduled pickup, there is a per-package on-call pickup charge. Pickup charges do not apply if you drop off your package at a FedEx shipping location. All FedEx shipments must be prepared using an automated shipping solution. If you do not have a regularly scheduled FedEx Ground pickup, the FedEx Ground pickup needs to be scheduled one day in advance.
FedEx Express Services – MUST be approved by Supreme Buyer
Use FedEx Express® for time-sensitive shipments using the Bill Recipient billing option and via the specific Express Shipping method approved by your Buyer or as stated on your purchase order. A charge applies when you request a pickup, including requests made using FedEx automated shipping solutions or by calling 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 (say “schedule a pickup”). The charge is itemized separately on your invoice. If you pay by cash (which is not accepted at all pickup locations), check, money order or credit card, the charge will be collected when you tender the package. This charge does not apply if you drop off your package at a FedEx shipping location or if you have regular scheduled pickup.
